“Sabrina, I know you want to out-do us by trying to magically achieve something we couldn’t do. I understand that,” Zeb started to add to help the Zumbuddies try to get the cats to understand. “But our inability to do this wish is more complicated than it seems. You think that Sophie and Teddy can just live happily ever after and they’ll be happy, but that’s not a good thing. If Sophie manages to get Teddy to like her, they’ll get into a relationship. They can’t be in a relationship. Not now. Not just because Sophie’s way too young, but because we’re in this whole Webkinz Insider picture thread business. Relationships aren’t allowed! If Seddy happens, Kat won’t be able to picture thread anymore, and we all won’t have a purpose!”

“That’s it! It’s over!” Zalo exclaimed. “We’re done! Seddy is going to happen, making this thread too inappropriate for Webkinz Insider!”

Zalo stepped forward. “The pairing of you and Teddy,” ze explained. “Like, you going out with Teddy.”

“Go out with Teddy? Eeew!” Sophie responded in a disgusted voice. “Why would I like Teddy? Boys are yucky!”

The jaws of the three surrounding Zumbuddies dropped to the floor.

The three of them looked to Sabrina who had a satisfactory and prideful smile on her face.
“You...you made her fall out of love,” Zami said to her in shock.
“Only temporarily,” Sabrina replied. “I made her this special grape juice which can block out all romantic feelings for a couple days. She’ll be back to being a smitten kitten in about a week or two but for now it’s best that she calms down. And you guys thought I was really going to be stupid with my magic and ruin everything! I have good intentions too! Not just you guys!”

“NO! It’s time you took my side for once!” Amelia stomped her foot.
Shuffle sighed. “Amelia, we just can’t do that.”

The flying Lily approached Shuffle slowly.

She pressed her forehead against the side of Shuffle’s head.
“I just don’t know what to do about her, Lily,” Shuffle said.
“Don’t worry, we’ll figure this out together. We’re both her parents, after all.” She smiled at him a little bit.

“Amelia won’t let me watch my show!” Chris complained.

Shuffle turned to Amelia. “Amelia, darling, why don’t you let Chris watch his show-”
“NO!” Amelia protested with fury.
Shuffle didn’t want to deal with a temper tantrum (and he knew Lily didn’t want to either) so he quickly said, “Okay, okay. You can watch your show for a little while longer.”

Then he turned to Chris and said in a pleading voice, “Can’t you wait for just a little while? I really don’t want Amelia to throw a tantrum.”
“You can watch your show when Amelia takes her nap or something!” Lily added.
