Her sister, Lil, walked up and saw this scene.
“Shoes,” she said, “were you up all night on that clothing website?”

“So…addicting,” was all the exhausted Lil’ Cow could say as her eyes stayed glued to the screen. “I feel sick.”
Lil laughed softly. “I know one of the ways you want to conquer this world someday is through fashion, but your little body really needs some sleep!”
“But…but…” Shoes groggily said.

“Mandy, what on God’s green Earth are you doing?”

“Well, since the time machine broke and there’s no reason for me to even travel around in time, I’ve taken up a new project: a machine that transports me to the alternate world!” Mandy said as she kept her eyes on her machine.

“Why would you want to travel to the alternate world?” Chloe questioned skeptically.

“Pure curiosity, my friend,” Mandy replied. “Would you like to join me?”

“I’m kinda a little freaked that the alternate world actually exists, so no,” Chloe rejected.

“Too bad, because you’re coming anyway,” Mandy stated.

“Because I know your secret and I have no problem telling everyone else,” Mandy said with a half-smirk.

“Oh, but magic is real, you stupid bumblehead,” a mysterious and mischievous voice said.

“Huh? Who’s there?” Mandy said as she snapped around, but the voice could not be located.
“You want to go to the alternate universe? Then your wish is my command,” the voice said.

Then the group felt the world shift.

“But how can we be sure we’re here?” Lil wondered.

“Why yes I am! A lovely boy in fact!” the alternate me answered.

“Yep, we are definitely in the alternate universe,” Chloe concluded.
