Zalo could feel the magic in the air. Sophie could feel the magic in the air. She closed her eyes and breathed peacefully as she took it all in and thought about how happy she’d be after this.

“It won’t work! My magic’s not working!” Zalo said, freaking out. Then ze got quiet. “I can’t grant the wish.”

“I’m sorry, Sophie. When Zami said that we can’t, he really meant that we can’t. The magic won’t work for that wish.”

“Okay. So I kinda took Sophie out today to use solstice power to make her wish come true,” Zalo said. “My magic didn’t work, but Sabrina overheard us. She’s going to use her witchcraft to make Sophie’s wish come true!”

“No one will believe in our magic anymore if Sabrina goes through with this!” Zeb theorized, horrified. “Everyone will go to witchcraft from now on and no one will need us anymore! We’re Zumbuddies! Our magic is supposed to be needed by Webkinz!”
