The Master List of Updates with Descriptions!(Note to you all: CTRL + F = your best friend. Helps you find certain updates a lot faster.;) I made this list so I wouldn't have to find them for you.)

Picture Stories - has a plot, multiple parts, and such ("special" updates that are "important" to this thread's "series"); sometimes just Adoption updates
Mini Picture Stories - like picture story but only has a few parts; not as "special," but more of a "filler" (some can be character development while others just document a small adventure)
Bonus Pictures - just a post with a few bonus pictures of my Webkinz
Blog Entries - normally has no pictures and is just a "diary entry" from us; could be character development, a letter from me, a "conversation," etc.
Biographies - a post dedicated to describing a single Webkinz
Videos - just a little clip (no longer being posted)
Quick Updates - a post with just a sentence or more usually telling something new (like a birthday, purchase of a new Webkinz, a little insight on a Webkinz's character, etc.)
