"Her mate, Icestorm, is Shuffle's brother, who recently held a parental ceremony for Lily to become the mother of his kids, Amelia and Chris," Mandy explained.

"And why is Lily's nephew here? Eh, George?" Zeebo suspiciously asked George.

"Well, you see, for the past few years, Blaze would teleport himself once in a while here to try to find information about where he came from and the start of his existence," George started to explain. "He recently received a letter from someone claiming to be his mother, asking him to come here to meet, so I provided him a ride which would bring him to her location based on the information embedded within the letter."

"And you didn't question this oddness at all?" Bloopey questioned suspiciously.

"Well, the letter's contents didn't seem to strike any of my danger sensors, and since there's no actual harm within this planet I thought it would be no big deal," George explained.

"You see, Blaze is what we call an 'Assessor' here on Xenas," Captain Zeebo began to explain. "He and other Assessors just like him are created in bulk yearly to be distributed to other planets as peaceful gifts from Xenas. What these Assessors do on other planets is harmlessly taste and eat anything they can find to gain information about the planet, which is distributed back to us. The Assessors are completely unaware of this distribution of information because the information is transmitted subconsciously from their brains to our systems here on Xenas. It's just a way our planet keeps up to date on how all of the planets are. Anyway, that creature I just dismissed was from another planet, one who lures our Assessors and drains them of their knowledge and energy so their planet can become more powerful and use their knowledge to start wars with other planets."

"Yes, us people on Xenas like to keep peace with other planets," George added. "I also have a special role. I am a Diplomat, someone who represents Xenas on other planets so we can assure other aliens we are harmless and mischevious people. I was the first Diplomat and I invented myself in a way. When I started coming to Earth and causing mischief, Captain Zeebo appreciated my effort so much that he developed more Xenas people like me, as in clones and some other deformed clones, to continue my work on other planets."

"After Earthlings coming to our planet and causing trouble, Barbie stealing things from here to bring to the Earthlings because 'they need them,' you bringing our Assessors to immediate danger which would lead to our planet being placed into war with other planets, and many more reasons, we have decided to sever our connections with Planet Earth completely," Zeebo announced.

"Of course not," Zeebo replied. "We understand he has closer relations with you and your people than he does here so we are allowing him to return to his family on Earth, as long as he remains there, which I expect he will."

You can't be a part of anymore intergalactic conflicts. You're causing this planet too many problems and we need to keep an eye on you and all other people from this planet who have had contact with Earth at this point."
