"Seriously, George, if you keep telling her more she's gonna blow up," Icestorm warned. "Can you just tell us where exactly on Xenas we can find him so we can just find him and bring him home as soon as possible so we can have a happy family Christmas?"

Shona dipped her head in a depressed manner. "Christmas," she said softly. "It's about to be Christmas, aka the family holiday, and we're missing a member. A member is missing us!" Then she stuck her distressed face right in George's and begged to know, "why would this happen?"

"Blaze recently received a letter from his biological mother saying that she wants to meet him for the first time on Xenas," George explained. "He asked for a way to get to her so I provided him with a spaceship that would read the contents of the letter and locate her, which would bring him to her. I mean, he could have easily teleported to the planet himself but he needed technology to help him find her."

"But why now?" Shona asked softly. "Why Christmas?"
"Earthly holidays like Christmas don't mean much to us Xenasians," George pointed out. "The fact that it's Christmas doesn't cross his mind. The 'importance' of it doesn't occur to him. He just really wants to meet his biological mother and find out where he came from. He doesn't know much about his origin. He's only made a few extremely brief trips to his home planet and he's extremely curious."

"I just want my baby home!" Shona sobbed. "We have to bring him home! What if he's in danger? He's just a youngster!"

"Alright, so you're gonna get us a spaceship, am I correct?" Icestorm asked.

"Oh, no!" Mandy cut in. "No no no no no! You guys already have two other boys to look after. Me and Giraffe will go with George to Xenas to get Blaze back."

"Yes we will," Giraffe affirmed with a very big and very mischievous smile across his face.

"She's right, Honey," Icestorm said to his mate. "We should focus on keeping our other kids safe and happy for the holidays. What if something happened to us on Xenas? Who would take care of our boys? Besides, these guys know what they're doing with Mandy's scientific ability, George being a citizen there, and Giraffe being Giraffe."
"Teehee!" Giraffe giggled. (He was a bit giddy about the fact that he was probably going on a trip with George.)
"I suppose your right," Shona replied softly.
