"Why does that matter to you?" Cheryl asked in a ticked-off voice. She didn't even look at him. She just started at the ceiling.

"I don't care," Cheryl stated, with the anger in her voice rising as she spoke and refusing to make eye contact with him.

"He could kill us all!" Squigglenoodle snapped.

Cheryl sat up.
"No one else is as understanding and as great as a friend as LemonPet is," she cried. "No one else gets me like he does. No one else is as loyal as he is and he's been this awesome since last year when I first got him."

"I mean, look at him!" she exclaimed with a stuffy voice holding back tears. She was holding him with her foot. "I've always wanted a lobster and could never get one. The one day Kat came home with him, and he's amazing!"

Cheryl wasn't buying his offer. She glared at him and muttered, "real friends don't make their friends give up their prized pets."

"Zuko," Mandy began when she climbed up the desk to talk to him. "This isn't working. I can't seem to find any friends!"

"Excuse me?" Mandy asked in an absolutely confused tone.

"Alright, people," Squigglenoodle said in a firm voice. He gathered up Journey and Gizmo for an important meeting. "I hear that LemonPet might have been recalled and Cheryl refuses to give him up."

"I will name him Smirky," Journey announced.

"I haven't actually met her yet," Tammy answered in a normal conversational tone. Tammy was pretty good at separating Miley from her original identity now-a-days and making it seem like Friend's suspicious and annoying questions were nothing. Even thought it was obvious they are the same person...
