Everyone plopped down on the pillow and focused their attention on Lily.
“Alright,” Lily started. “It’s a somewhat long story but interesting one.”

“Shuffle and I were always good acquaintances, mostly because we were adopted around the same time. I came here in May 2008 and he came here July 2008 - only about two months later.”

“I always somewhat knew his views on Webkinz flying. I knew he was always bickering with Lacey about how non-winged Webkinz shouldn’t fly because ‘it’s fake’ compared to his flying. I watched their fighting over the whole flying issue escalate into enmity.”
"Now do you believe me that I can fly?" Lacey asked.
"Lacey, Webkinz that don't have wings can't fly. That was just falling with style," Shuffle said.

“Daddy and Lacey used to be enemies?” Amelia interrupted.
“That’s right! Daddy and Lacey fought over the flying issue so much that their friendship ended for a little while,” Lily replied quickly before she pulled the focus back to her story.
"Hello, Lacey," Shuffle said. "I see you've been teaching other Webkinz how to fall with style too."
"Shuffle, they were really flying," Lacey said. "Not just Webkinz with wings can fly."
"That was so not flying," Shuffle said.
"That's it," Lacey said. "Shuffle, I think it would be better if we weren't friends."

“As for me and the whole flying issue, I was never too involved in the fight. I was more neutral because I have actual wings but I can’t fly in Webkinz World. Even though I was neutral, I was more on Daddy’s side in the beginning of his fights with Lacey because it sounded impossible that a Yellow Lab could fly.”
