It was just an ordinary Friday night where I returned from home. Well, this time was special because I was carrying a special treat with me.
Campbell came to my bedroom door to greet me. "Hey, Kat!"
(Eeew sorry you all have to see my gross feet.)

I let him hop on my leg so I could boost him up to my level.
"Hey, Campbell!" I greeted back.

"Whatcha got there?" the Lil' Lion requested to know when I let him climb onto my arm.
"Rita's Gelati. It's oreo mint italian ice with chocolate custard."
"Oooh! Can I have some?"

I laughed warmly as I placed him back on the ground. "No, silly! It's my gelati!"

"No. Now go run along now!"

He walked over to where Chloe was sleeping on the bed.
"Psssst, Chloe!" he whispered.
"Mmmm," Chloe moaned in an annoyed response.
"Chloe wake up!"
"Noooooo. Go to sleep I'm tiiiiired!"
"I need to ask you something!"
"Can't it wait until tomorrow?"
"I want you to get me Kat's gelati!"
"Pfft," Chloe scoffed, "like that will happen."

Campbell made a sad face. "Well, I thought you would help me since you're my best friend!"

Chloe sighed and got up. "Alright. You want Kat's gelati? I can get it for you."

"I guess I have to start blackmailing you," Chloe threatened in a serious voice.
"You can flip me over with your ridiculous strength as much as you want," I replied. "I'm not giving you my gelati. And you don't scare me."

"I guess I have no choice!" Chloe called out as she climbed onto my bed and started walking towards my netbook.
"Like you know what my Twitter password is!" I called back in a scoff.
"It's Annie Clark."

I jumped up and placed my Rita's cup onto the bed as I rushed to reach the netbook before Chloe.
"Hey!" I tried to say casually but it came out as nervous. "We seriously don't have to go that far, do we?"
