'Twas the Afternoon Before Christmas Break
Starring: Paley the Peppermint Puppy

Paley popped out of my bag. We had just gotten home from school on the last day before vaycay.
"Okay, Kat," she began when she popped out, "one, how could you openly wave me around like that in school* and two, HOW COULD YOU LEAVE ME IN A CLASSROOM UNATTENDED?!"
"I'm sorry!" I said. "But we're home now."
