"Yay!" Paley squealed when I hung the tag on her snout.

So I grabbed Paley and my snuggie and we went downstairs.

When we went downstairs we went to check on WI and we saw that the Peppermint Puppy was having a retirement party the day after Christmas!
"This is so perfect!" Paley squealed. "Adopted on Christmas Eve Eve and a retirement party the day after Christmas!"

Paley moaned. "Fine."

I went to open the curtain and saw...snow!
(You guys can't see it but there was a very light flurry.)
"Paley!" I called. "Look!"

Paley climbed onto the windowsill.
"It's snowing!" she squealed. Then she quietly said, "a white Christmas."

I hugged and held her as we watched the random tiny snowflakes drift around through the air.
