They both stood in front of me.
"How did Gavin die?" Hershica asked suspiciously like I committed an actual murder.

I started using hand motions as I spoke.
"You see, a while back I wanted to take the Tamagotchi to a class with me so I could just play with it if I got bored," I explained. "He was paused but unfortunately I left him in my jacket. When I left my jacket on the floor I guess Madison must have sat on it something causing it to get unpaused and eventually die."

Hershica gritted her teeth. "Madison."

"So it's all her fault, eh?" Hershica said as she stomped out the door. "I'm gonna give that dog a piece of my mind.

"What's so special about solstices?" Shona asked curiously.
"Do they power you up?" Magnus guessed.

"Kinda," Zeb answered. "You see, us Zumbuddies only have a certain amount of power supply for our magic powers."

"We can only recharge and refuel this source of power twice a year - those two special times are the summer and winter solstices," Zami explained. "Today is the winter solstice. If we don't get outside and use the solstice power to recharge today, we run out of magic. We really need to go out and charge because we have a feeling we seriously need to use our magic soon."

"Then we have to get outside!" Shona exclaimed.
"We must! In the name of justice!" Magnus agreed.

Kaylynn stepped in front of Hershica to stop her.
"Wait, Hershica, before you blow up at Madison, I want to give you some advice," Kaylynn said.

"Sure," Hershica scoffed. All she could think of was getting to Madison and teach her a lesson for killing her baby. "I'd love to hear this."
