(Yeah there's really no summary for this part.)

It was late Christmas Eve Eve morning and I was waking up.
"And then I'm gonna stuff you in a box a ship you to Mexico," a voice said.

As soon as I realized the voice was coming from Paley I said, "I don't know how to respond to that."
"Did it give you nightmares?" Paley asked in a satisfied tone.
"Why does everyone think I can hear them talking to me while I sleep?" I asked in a cranky tone.
"I don't know," Paley said. "But what I DO know is that you promised to adopt me onto Webkinz World today!"

I patted her head.
"I was up late last night," I said. "Maybe in a little while. Just let me sleep some more."

I rolled over to my other side.

Paley pounced in front of my face.
"Okay you really need to stop with this fall asleep at 2 AM nonsense," she told me. "Now get up."

I pushed her back a bit as I sat up.
"Okay," I finally said. "I'll get up now and we can adopt you in a bit. Just let me grab my glasses."

I started patting my endtable to look for my glasses but I couldn't find them.

I turned over to ask her if she's seen my glasses.
"Paley, have you seen my-"
Before I could finish the question, I noticed Paley had an evil smirk on her face as she held my glasses in her arms.
"I get adopted NOW," she demanded.
I finally just gave in. "Okay! Okay!"

"Paley, can you pull up the shades?" I asked her as I put on my glasses.

She scurried over to the windows...

"Much better," I commented.

She landed on my whiteboard that reminded me to do Miss Birdy's 12 Days of Christmas and to do it on my friend's account too.
"I can't wait to see what Miss Birdy gives us today!" Paley said.

I held her on my lap and said, "let's get your tag then head downstairs."

I went to go grab her tag. Paley sat on the dresser waiting.
