Nick lied down on his side on the bed. He was snuggled against the blanket and let his velvet tongue flap all over the place as he relaxed.

He jumped up.
"I wonder how Chelsea and Liz are doing," Nick thought out loud.

He flew through the door...

He saw Chelsea and Liz rolling around and having fun.

Nick was kinda happy, but also worried. Did this mean that he was losing his best friend? He decided to leave them alone; maybe his sister wanted his company.

He slowly flew back to the room and landed on the bed. He saw Lily and all her friends.
"Hi, Lily!" Nick greeted. "Wanna play?"

"Not now, Nick," Lily said sternly. "How about you go play with Chelsea?"

"But she's with Liz!" Nick complained.

Nick flew back to the tree. "Hey, guys! Mind if I join you? I'm very lonely right now."

"I suppose that would be fine," Chelsea accepted.
"Yeah! Okay!" Liz agreed.

He joined them and they formed a circle. Chelsea and Liz started talking about random things.
