The 2012 KCA Nominations
Mmkay, so the update is almost done, I promise! Most of the pictures are done and such. I just need to edit a couple and I can get this update up!
And I'm out of school on Wednesday, so I hope you guys can wait 3 more days of this because I still have homework to do and I spent this whole weekend out with people and reading books (oh god I've become such a bookworm lately).
Maybe I can even get it done Tuesday because I barely have work for that day and I have a bunch of free periods that day so I can maybe edit some pictures on Netbookey (if my art teacher doesn't succeed in kidnapping me and making me do artsy stuff).
So to pass the time by, I thought I would blog about the KCAs!
So it's that time of year again - time for the Kinz Choice Awards, aka the awards show for MMWF! Hopefully it will be as good as last year when Blythe and Steph hosted it (and those who didn't like last year can just go and live in Panem and wind up in the Hunger Games).
So I thought I'd discuss the categories I nominated myself in (at like, midnight last night).
First and foremost, it would be very nice if I won Most Creative and All-in-All Greatest. It's more of a peoples' opinion thing, but it would be nice if everyone noticed how hard I worked on this thread. :D
Largest Picture Thread...because...yeah I think you all understand. ^.^
I expect to win Most Developed Thread because of reasons. ::) (I mean, there may be a few other people who could possibly win but I've had legit storylines going on since 2009. ^.^)
Now for some of the basic nominations...
I mean come on, she's a scientist! She's invented time machines and such! She's figured out how to contact aliens and travel to distant planets! She can do a lot! She even uses her smarts to save people as the Squirrel Girl!
I just picked the Webkinz of mine that are pretty popular with viewers.
Come on, guys. Chloe gets stuff done. She can solve an entire conflict in a plot just by sassing the antagonist.
Magical Giraffe due to his mischief in plots like the Easter one from last year with the peeps, Sophie with her past interruptions of an update asking for some nomnoms, and Nick can be pretty random with his hyperness.
Whoever doesn't think Cosmo isn't adorable doesn't have a soul. And I've kinda been obsessed with Mimi lately (and same for most people in real-life I've showed her to).
Pretty much the same reasons as the randomness ones.
I just picked the really popular with the viewers of my Webkinz.
And I hope a bunch of you get a kick out of some of this...

The time was summer of 2008. My life was feeling chaotic, so one night I stayed up way too late on WI and stuff to get away from it all. I stumbled across the MMWF section, and I looked through most of the threads. I eventually decided that it looked really fun so I took a ton of pics of my Webkinz doing stupid stuff and made my own thread. I eventually got addicted to the whole concept and started dedicating most of my life to it. (There are other explanations on how I got started somewhere on my thread, but this was just a brief one I crafted because I'm tired.) |
