I can't believe Madison carried me around like a toy and your mom had to come and save me. Now my sides are sticky with doggie spit!" "I'll give you a lil' scrub later! "Remember that little spring fever conversation we had two years ago?" she said in a comforting voice, somewhat muffled because her face was buried in my stomach. She let herself dangle freely and move with the slight bouncing of the line. "Mostly because you have no control over your stupid hormones," Chloe replied. "But I've gotten a lot better at controlling them lately." "I know. That's why I've been really happy with you lately. Especially because you were good yesterday, aka March 16." "I sense you have food in your stomach," Chloe said as she was lifted up and down by my breathing. "Yep," I said. I asked her casually. "I just wanted a little bit of nostalgia because our five year anniversary is in a month, and to tell you how proud I am of you that you conquered all the problems you dealt with two years ago."
