Point of View: What Doesn't Kill You Makes You Stronger Every Time

So I have issues so I made this random picture story you guys will not understand but I wanted to post anyway on March 17.

I'll work on finishing the actual update (the Grass Greener collab sequel thing) next weekend. :3

"Why, Kat, why?" Malachi demanded to know in a begging voice. "Why did you let it happen?"
"I wasn't even home! I'm sorry!" I apologized.
"You should be home more often! I can't believe Madison carried me around like a toy and your mom had to come and save me. Now my sides are sticky with doggie spit!"
"I'll give you a lil' scrub later! I promise!"

"Lookie! I made bracelets!" I said as I held up some bracelets.
"I still have doggie spit on me!" Malachi complained.

Chloe appeared.
"Hello, Kat," she said with no emotion.
"Um...hi?" I greeted in a confused tone.
"We need to have a talk."
"Mmkay?"

She leap onto my lap and hugged me with a warm smile.
"Remember that little spring fever conversation we had two years ago?" she said in a comforting voice, somewhat muffled because her face was buried in my stomach.
(chika chika BANG BANG here's the link to that because the dang URL link codes KEEP CHANGING SO I HAVE TO KEEP FIXING THE LINKS WHICH I WILL DO ASAP
"Sure," I said.
"I think we have to have another one of those to celebrate the kinda-anniversary of that and to talk about your progress."

She let go and stepped back.
"The only thing that really happened recently in my life is that I've been reading the Hunger Games because Alyx made me," I said as I held the book up.

"Come with me outside. We need to talk."

"Ooh look! A random new table!" Chloe commented. "But we must go outside now."

Chloe and I walked side by side.
"As you know, I've been mad at you for a very long time," Chloe started.
"Yes, yes, I know," I said. "I've made a lot of crazy mistakes and also you saw a ghost on a tropical vacation, resulting in your happiness bar dropping and I didn't tend to it for a while."

Chloe leaped up and started hanging around on the clothesline. She let herself dangle freely and move with the slight bouncing of the line.
"Mostly because you have no control over your stupid hormones," Chloe replied.
"But I've gotten a lot better at controlling them lately."
"I know. That's why I've been really happy with you lately. Especially because you were good yesterday, aka March 16."
"Yeah, even I'm surprised by that."

A while later I lied down inside the sled and let Chloe sit on my lap.
"I sense you have food in your stomach," Chloe said as she was lifted up and down by my breathing.
"Yep," I said. "I actually eat now unlike two years ago."

Then me and Chloe sat side by side on a fallen tree.
"Did you enjoy our little talk?" I asked her casually.
"I just wanted a little bit of nostalgia because our five year anniversary is in a month, and to tell you how proud I am of you that you conquered all the problems you dealt with two years ago." Then she killed the moment with her sassful remark, "but you're still sorta a loser, so don't think I'm done with you yet."
http://i637.photobucket.com/albums/u.../booyah011.jpg

"Aaaaaaw!" I said lovingly as I pulled her in for a little side-hug.
