Time For Hope [The New Years Special]Part 1

Summary:
(Yeah, I really wanna include a summary at the beginning of every picture story, or, mainly major ones. While I link updates, I may add in some summaries. Also, please pretend you didn't read it until the update has finished posting so you don't upset the spoiler-sensitive people.)

Dr. Quack informs Kat about a new six-week camp for Webkinz with OFD that was recently opened by an owner of one of the many Webkinz that was recently diagnosed with OFD (so she's not the only one now!). Although it means Sophie will have to leave for six weeks, Kat thinks that it's probably the best choice as her symptoms begin to spin out of control.

"Heeeey Kat," Mandy said. "I found this letter in the magical printer downstairs."

"What's it about?" Mandy asked.
"Dr. Quack was just informing me about a new camp for Webkinz with OFD," I said.

I put her on my lap.
"Are you going to send Sophie to that?" Mandy asked.
"I don't think it's necessary now," I said. "I mean, Barbie's getting better at treating her."
"By the way, there will be a blue moon* tonight," Mandy said.

* = True that. A blue moon is an extra full moon in a year. Normally there's just 12 full moons in a year, but on New Year's Eve there was a 13th, making it a blue moon.

I grabbed her. "Really?" I asked. "That's soooo cool!"

"I know, right?" Mandy said.

"I also can't believe it snowed recently!" I exclaimed, showing Mandy the window.

She turned to me.
"2010 will be great," she said.

Then we sat on the bed.
"What should we do today?" Mandy asked. "I mean, this is the last day of the decade."

Then Mandy and I went to watch a movie and eat candy.
