Thinking of Sophie

Comparisons are easily done once you've had a taste of perfection.

That's been Kat's status a few hundred times on those social networking sites (for which her users she will not be giving out).
I'm thinking of my sister, Sophie, but not exactly like the song because Sophie is my sister. (And my seed of her was her taco costume she left behind.)
It's been a few weeks since Sophie left for "Food For Thought" (the OFD camp she was sent to). I miss her like crazy. It feels like there's a big empty spot in my life. Even though she's gone until February Break, I still check to see if she's around when I eat something. I might even kinda miss that even after her OFD is cured.
I'm sure you think I'm crazy for missing that, but I'm going to miss that food-obsessed cat. It's just who Sophie was and I got used to it.
But now that food-obsessed cat is gone and my sister will be coming back as a cured cat.
Or will she? I guess we'll just have to find out when she comes back February Break.
