"Why were you doing that?" Amelia asked. Chris was a confusing bear to her.

"Because I like watching you guys play," Chris explained. "Makes me wonder what it would be like to have my own friends at home."

"How about you can be my friend?" Amelia suggested. She liked having Chris around. And it didn't matter to her that her dad didn't want her talking to him.

Amelia was kinda hurt that Chris refused to do certain things with her.
"Amelia?" Lily called out from the distance. "Aren't you gonna come find me?"

Then Lily looked over at the fence a bit concerned. She had seen Chris due to her hiding spot being close by.

It was another day. Amelia was playing with the McMutt kids. Well, more Cupid and Shane because Blaze was wandering around eating random stuff as usual.
