"Yeah," Chris said. He had a lump in his throat. He couldn't believe that Amelia would be out of his life forever soon. "Bye, Amelia."

Then Chris went back to his house.

But they didn't know that someone was watching them and listening to their conversation.

Chris climbed through my window. His heard was pounding. He had never been in someone else's house before. It was the next day and he was going to say goodbye to Amelia.

He looked over at the Webkinz Corner. He felt like he was in a warm friendly place but at the same time he was jealous that all these Webkinz had this home.

"Wow," he mumbled to himself.

Then he spotted Amelia. He didn't even notice that Shuffle was standing next to her. He just wanted to say goodbye to her.

He went up to them.
"Hi, Amelia," he said.

"Hi, Chris!" Amelia exclaimed.

"Who are you?" Shuffle asked in a booming tone. It sounded like an explosion to Chris' ears. He was already nervous enough.

Chris started stuttering because he was so scared. "I-I'm C-C-Chris."

Amelia looked at Shuffle.
"He's my friend, Daddy!" Amelia exclaimed.

"No he's not," Shuffle said. "He's a stranger."

Shuffle's voice was absolutely fierce. Chris was ready to burst into tears.
"What are you even doing here?" Shuffle asked.
Chris was still stuttering. "I-I just came to s-say goo-odbye to A-Amelia b-because I'm leaving s-soon. S-she asked me to."
