Picture Threads INVADED!
(please note that I am not doing another event like PTI; I just need somewhere to put these links because I have nowhere else to put this)
PTI was (as in, it ended) a group-picture story series started in summer 2009 and concluded in 2010 by a group of picture threaders (those who signed up during the signing up period). The story was a group of mysterious aliens would invade random homes of the picture threaders who participated. They would often make certain Webkinz hear voices, go insane, and would often leave mysterious notes and gifts at the end of their visit.
This series started on Kat's thread (here) and picture threaders involved added their sides of the story on their threads, then the story concluded back on Kat's thread.
F.A.Q.
What is it?
The point of it was where us picture threaders come together, and we solve the mystery of why the aliens are coming to our areas and making our Webkinz go crazy. I started with a big Invasion update on my thread, then Alyssa continued it with an Invasion update on her thread, and so on.
How do I join?
If you are not on the list, unfortunately, you had to join back in August 2009 when the joining period was open. If you did not join then, there is no way you can participate now. (It was planned out and agreed on back in August, and there would be too much confusion to change now.)
Who's going when?
Check the update on my thread called "The Aliens are Coming!". Refer to the update list post, and you can scroll down to the bottom of the post, and there will be a list of PTI updates.
Where are the rest of the PTI updates?
The list of PTI updates on the update list is completely up-to-date. If someone's update isn't on there, it means they never posted it.
Can I make a PTI series too?
Feel free to make an update series where people add on to it, but I ask you not to make it about aliens or call it "Picture Threads INVADED!" to stay away from major confusion.
