Shicestorm watched in awe as their little boy lay so many eggs to make their family happy with an Easter Hunt. They had always wanted to hold an Easter Egg Hunt for their kids but couldn't get the eggs to do it. Now, they had Blaze's gift.

Emmerald hopped on by.
"Greetings, puppies!" Emmerald greeted joyfully. "How's your Easter so far?"

Shona's family looked at Emmerald to join in the conversation.
"We're watching Blaze lay these colorful eggs for our Easter egg hunt we're having this Easter!" Shona replied.
"Ah, cool," Emmerald said in response. Then she randomly thought out loud, "Wait, I didn't know Blaze could lay eggs!"
"Now he can thanks to the powers of these magical Peeps that stopped by!" Shona explained.

Then 'Yellow' appeared with a "Peep!"
"And there's one of the peeps now!" Shona pointed out.

Then the peeps surrounded Emmerald!
"Umm," Emmerald said suspiciously. "One question, why is my furry body tingling?"

Emmerald quickly gasped when she felt the tingling stopped. The Peep disappeared!
"Huh?" Emmerald said, confused. "Where'd they go? What happened?"

Emmerald gasped again and hiccuped when she felt herself lay an egg.

Shona gasped in excitement. "Emmerald! The Peeps have given you the ability to lay Easter eggs too! Oh, now our Easter is going to be perfect!"
"But everyone knows that Easter eggs need to contain a surprise," Emmerald thought out loud suspiciously. "What would be inside these magic e-"

Emmerald was about to say 'eggs' but she was cut off when the green egg Blaze laid earlier exploded! It blew the McMutts and Emmerald onto their backs.
