Previously on Kat and the Webkinz...
They both stood in front of me.
"How did Gavin [her Tamagotchi] die?" Hershica asked suspiciously like I committed an actual murder.

I started using hand motions as I spoke.
"You see, a while back I wanted to take the Tamagotchi to a class with me so I could just play with it if I got bored," I explained. "He was paused but unfortunately I left him in my jacket. When I left my jacket on the floor I guess Madison must have sat on it something causing it to get unpaused and eventually die."

Hershica gritted her teeth. "Madison."

"Madison, it's been a couple of months since Gavin died," Hershica said.

She was pacing around Madison.
"And we both know, you are responsible for his death," Hershica continued.

Then Hershica exhaled and put her paw on Madison's.
"But even with that fact, I forgive you," Hershica said.

"Thank you," Madison said. "I'm sorry that Gavin died but I'm happy you forgive me. I like forgiveness."

"I think I should stop worrying about Gavin and be friends with you instead," Hershica said as she hugged Madison. "Shannon says I should make friends with you."

"Yeah," Madison said as she hugged Hershica back.

Madison lifted her head up. Her right eye was drooping and her chin was getting grayer. "Cause I'm old and who knows how long I'll be around?"
