She hugged him back. “Hi, Honey. Have you seen Blazie?”

He let go and placed his paw on hers.
“Well, I was doing my work and I thought he was with you,” Icestorm explained. “I’m sorry.”
“Maybe he’s just getting a snack,” Shona said, keeping hopeful.

Shona started wandering around calling out “Blaze? Blazie? Where are you, dear?” Her mate and other two kids were following behind. Then she said to herself, “where could that little guy be?”

Giselle and I were sending a message Kurt on his blog to tell Dance that Giselle was here.
“Aaaand, done,” Giselle said as we finished up the message. “It’s sure gonna be exciting being here for the 4th of July!”
“It’s an honor to have you as a guest for this fun holiday!” I replied.

“Kat!” Shona said in a distressed tone as she came up to me. “I’ve been looking up and down and all over the place! Blazie’s gone!”
“Are you flipping kidding me?” I said, starting to stress out.
