Ladies' Night: Entry 1

Hey guys. It's Madeline. Tonight I wanted to do Ladies' Night, but next time we'll give someone else a chance.

So this weekend Kat is FINALLY doing a Ladies' Night entry. The past few weekends have been filled with homework and sleepovers and sleep and such.
She says this weekend her mission is to post 1 update every day this weekend. Tonight is Ladies' Night, tomorrow (technically in an hour) is The Ghost of You and Me Part 1, and Sunday will be the Mother's Day special.

Last time you saw us, my mission was to have an epic Ladies' Night. This weekend, my mission was to help Laraine and Crellie get used to being around us more and to have Shona have just one girls' night.

So me and the girls (except Shona who said she'd join us soon) had candy (Kat's new obsession...gobstoppers!).

Then we built a fort.

Shona never came, so I decided to go see what she was up to myself. She was playing with Blaze. Blaze was purring this alien purr and Shona was giggling.

"Shona, you really need some girl time away from your family," I said.

She said, "Madeline, I have a family. Excuse me for wanting to spend time with it."

"Just one night," I said. "You and Icestorm are attached by the Magic W and he can just babysit while you come and hang with us."

"I suppose one free night wouldn't hurt," Shona said.

Then she and Blaze walked off.
"Come on, Blazey," she said. "You're gonna go play with Daddy while Mommy goes to see some friends."
And he purred...
