You can just erase more from here, but I'm now going to use...the Magic Wand, which is sometimes better for the time, and sometimes it's just better to stick to erasing. But I'll show it anyway.

The tool looks like a Lollipop. (I'm moused over it.) You also use it if you use images from Google with a white background.

Mess with the percentage, and click on the area you wish to erase.

When you're happy with the amount being erased, click the "Delete" button. (It's in different areas on different computers.)

YAY! Now just erase extra junk and Select All...

IN THE BANNER
Click on Edit --> PASTE IN NEW LAYER.

Click on KEEP CANVAS SIZE.

Move the picture across the screen until you can see the corner, where now you can just shhhrink it down.

Then just place it where you want, and Deselect it!

Making this should just be some Common Sense. If you have no experience and need to know where the text is, click on the button with an A on it.

I also messed with the talk bubble and text, and yeah but
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!
See the button my mouse is on? That merges down the current layer to the layer below, making it one layer.
Click on the top layer, and MERGE ALL OF THEM DOWN UNTIL IT'S ONE LAYER!
If you don't merge them all down, YOU CANNOT PUT IT ON WI.

Now go to Edit --> Save, and make sure it's saved as a .PNG image. NOT A .PDN IMAGE! If it's not saved as a .PNG image, it WILL NOT be able to be uploaded to WI.
