It's time to discuss Entry 4! What memories has this entry brought us?

I think it was like…worldly. Like didn't they have different locations inspired by different countries? Of course they had different games to play. Did they also have locations based on the characters? Or was that later TamaTown? I feel like it was Earth Expo… Probably because of all those "Deco-ratchi" kits they sold during V5 times with the same art as those worlds.
I wish I could remember more! I think I have some screenshots somewhere. I'll post under this what I can find:
