"You sound like "The Procrastinator" from The Amanda Show***," Chloe said.

*** = The Amanda Show is an old Nickelodeon show that stopped a long time ago, but they're now airing reruns again on the TeenNick channel. "The Procrastinator" is one of the sketches about a superhero, where everyone goes up to her asking for help, and she'd always reply "I'll do that...EVENTUALLY!"
"I like that!" Magnus exclaimed.
