Okay. Guys, I have an announcement to make!
Well, today I was watching SpongeBob, and I remembered how I used to write SpongeBob stories and a couple of people did some prequels and sequels of them. I wanted to start writing a series, but I thought, I already have a series right here! And I wanted to do something where people could add on, but you guys don't have my Webkinz!
So, I was thinking of doing something with those of you who have picture threads...
Do any of you remember "Cartoon Network Invaded"? It was a series of episodes through shows about a Cartoon Network alien invasion. It started off in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends where Cheese ran around town screaming "I gotta go!" and other strange events happened, and it ended with a UFO flying away. Then these aliens travelled through other Cartoon Network shows.
I want to do something similar with the threads here.
It will be called "Picture Threads INVADED!". It will start off with weird things happening with my Webkinz due to aliens, then the aliens will travel around and affect another thread's Webkinz. (They will continue sorta where I left off and add a new twist, for example, they'll leave behind a strange note.) Then they aliens will travel and affect another thread's Webkinz, and so on. Then, when everyone posted their Invaded updates, there will be a final update on my thread where my Webkinz call everyone, and they will meet up in WW, discuss it, and then the aliens will return one more time to my thread, and the mystery will be solved.
Get it? If not, feel free to ask questions on this thread.
Now, do YOU want to participate? To participate, you MUST PM me saying you want to participate. Asking any other way will have your requests IGNORED, and you will not be able to participate. And PM me by August 8 (this Saturday). Requests sent later then that will be ignored. We will start to set up on August 8, in my profile probably. We will discuss who's going when, and maybe when we will start. We will not give out any spoilers, because that would destroy the fun!
The order of the updates will be done on a first come, first serve basis. In other words, whoever PMs me saying they wanna participate first gets to have the second update in this series of updates. And, so on.
Rules:
1. You must have a picture thread! Real-Life is preferred for this! You must be able to use your camera too!
2. You DO NOT need to have amazing graphic skills. Just make it seem like there are aliens in your town making your Webkinz go crazy.
3. All updates must have a link to the update of the part of this series before them, and tell who will be doing the next part. (For example, the person with Update #2 will link to my alien update, then tell who's doing Update #3. Get it?)
4. Do your best to make the update flow smoothly with the last one, but also add a twist to make it more interesting! Continuing is all the fun!
5. BE CREATIVE!
