Fold the Paper in Half.

Then Fold Up One Size to How Big You'd Like Your Newspaper.

Fold the Other Side in So the Edges Are Touching.

Then Fold in the Fold You Just Folded Into the Newspaper Until the Crease is at the Level of the Other Edge.

Then Open Up the Newspaper and Tape the Sides of the Fold You Just Folded Like This.

Then, Roll Up Some Tape Backwards.

Stick That Inside of Your Newspaper.

Then Press Down the Front Side So the Sides Are Sticking Together.
